Being a part of the Mums2Mums team has been an uplifting experience towards a healthy work environment. Having the support of other mums helping each other, supporting each other and simply hearing me when I’m struggling with certain aspects of the business.
The support from the franchisor has been incredible, no issue is too small and this makes me feel valued and important as a business owner and I also feel like I’m not alone. To have the support of the franchisor has been amazing but being able to connect to other franchise owners, so we can bounce off ideas, help each other and being there for each other is next level. I feel a part of an amazing women’s network who only uplifts and supports one an other.

On a personal level I feel as I’ve grown as a business woman with the help of everyone. I wouldn’t of got as far as I have now without the support.
I feel very fortunate that I am able to support myself financially, but more so the people I employ. The people I hire are ladies who need some support and we offer the flexibility with school drop offs and pickups. The feedback I get from my employees has been humbling to say the least.
I have been able to grow my business from just myself working over the Covid lockdown to employing 23 casual ladies 3 casual admin roles within 1.5 years. I can’t say it’s been an easy road (what business is?) but because of the support and being a part of the franchise team I was able to get through some aspects I was struggling with, with a bit more ease and a lot of positivity!
I am so proud of my current team, sometimes I have to pinch myself of where I am today.
